If your property is already furnished then we can provide an SA pack that will enhance both the look and feel of the property which will enhance the product and ultimately increase the nightly rate. The pack will include:

Costs to dress a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is approximately £2200 + 15% charge (&VAT) for purchase and set up

Costs to dress a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is approximately £3500 + 15% (&VAT) charge for purchase and set up

If your property is empty and needs furnishing then we can provide furnishing and dressings that will enhance both the look and feel of the property which will enhance the product and ultimately raise the nightly rate. The pack will include the following:

Costs to furnish & dress a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is approximately £6500 + 15% (&VAT) charge for purchase and set up

Costs to furnish & dress a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is approximately £9500 + 15% (&VAT)charge for purchase and set up
