Property health check

The Property Health Check is designed as preventive maintenance, reducing the need for reactive measures and costly repairs - paying an emergency call out in the middle of the night or trying to find a plumber on a Sunday etc. The Property Health Check is designed for all types of properties and will ensure that each of the points below are either remedied there and then or if additional work is required it can be quoted for.

Fire risk assessment

Every property used as serviced accommodation should have a fire risk assessment to highlight potential dangers, issues or action that needs to be taken. A copy of this report will be given along with recommendations and if needed a quote for any remedial work needed.
