As the primary point of contact for clients, she assumes a pivotal position in managing reservations, rates, and contractor bookings, forming the backbone of the company's operations. Brian Simcock

Brian plays a pivotal role as the Co-founder and Director at Air Host and Clean, where his primary responsibility revolves around financial accounting. With a keen focus on accuracy and efficiency, he diligently oversees essential tasks such as verifying and reconciling guest payments, meticulously handling bank payments, efficiently processing invoices, and ensuring timely disbursements to investors.

Natalie Henderson

Natalie's main responsibility is to ensure that the properties are in optimal condition for guests and to perform minor maintenance tasks. Furthermore, she oversees the execution of essential gas safety inspections and ensures that all properties have readily available comprehensive floor plans.

David Simcock

David serves as our dedicated Operations Manager, playing a pivotal role in the seamless onboarding of new properties. He also takes charge of promptly and effectively addressing any maintenance issues that may arise within our existing properties.

Angela Malan

Angela holds the position of Communication Team Leader at Air Host and Clean, where she plays a vital role in maintaining consistent and effective guest communication. As the lead for training within our virtual assistant pool, she ensures that our team is well-equipped to provide top-notch service. Angela also serves as the primary point of contact for our valued clients and is an experienced ambassador for our business, showcasing our brand and values with expertise.

Yssa Flordeliza

Yssa, our exceptional Virtual Assistant, specializes in guest communication, making it her primary focus. She is dedicated to ensuring seamless check-ins for all guests, prioritizing efficiency and problem-free experiences. Moreover, Yssa goes above and beyond to provide exceptional communication before, during, and even after guests' stays, aiming to deliver the best possible service at all times.

Jero Malan

Jero plays a crucial role in our financial administration alongside Brian. His responsibilities involve meticulously inputting all data from new reservations received through our channel manager into a comprehensive log sheet, carefully managing figures and details. Additionally, Jero leverages his creative expertise to develop visually appealing posters, logos, and QR codes that enhance the guest experience within the property, offering valuable assistance and information.

Austin Bilbao

Austin, our dedicated Weekend Virtual Assistant, takes charge of all guest communication during weekends. He excels in handling various aspects of guest inquiries, ensuring that every question or concern is addressed promptly and professionally. Austin goes above and beyond to provide guests with all the necessary information required for their stay, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
